We had a fabulous experience with Nailed It Remodeling on all fronts! They did quality work replacing an entire wall of our house including rotted framing, drywall, clapboard, drainage system, window, and doors. They completed the project on time, accommodated our scheduling needs, and kept us looped in with accurate, detailed information at every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the work and process and look forward to hiring them again!

Our Story Built by family,
Built by family,
built to last
Nailed It Remodeling didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a father and son, both freshly laid off during Covid, deciding to bet on what they knew how to do. Josue and his dad began posting on Craigslist, offering honest work at fair prices. Those first customers took a chance on them. That trust meant everything, and it still does.
From those early Craigslist jobs came something real. Word spread, repeat customers called back, and the work kept coming. That momentum gave Josue and his father the push they needed to build something lasting. Nailed It Remodeling Inc. was formed, and with it came a clear mission: help Bay Area homeowners improve their homes without the stress, confusion, or guesswork that too often comes with remodeling.
Today, Nailed It Remodeling serves homeowners across Alameda County, San Francisco County, Marin County, San Mateo County, and Contra Costa County. From the East Bay to the Peninsula, we handle projects of all sizes with the same care we brought to that very first job. Whether you're adding an ADU, remodeling a kitchen, or replacing worn-out siding, you get a hands-on team that shows up, communicates clearly, and finishes what it starts.
Our services include ADU and Junior ADU construction, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, window installation, siding installation, flooring, and deck building. Every project starts with a conversation about what you want, moves through planning and permits with your input, and ends with a final walkthrough to make sure everything is right. We don't hand things off and disappear. We stay involved from start to finish.
What sets us apart is simple: we're a family-owned, craftsmen-oriented team that treats your home like it matters. Because to us, it does. We're transparent about timelines, honest about costs, and straightforward about what's realistic. Remodeling should feel organized and well-managed, not uncertain. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every single job.

How We Work
What you can count on
Family-Owned Roots
Nailed It Remodeling was started by a father and son who built this business from the ground up. That history means every project gets personal attention, not a crew that clocks out and moves on.
Clear Communication
You get straight answers from the first call through the final walkthrough. No vague updates, no surprises mid-project.
Permit-Ready Process
We handle early planning and permit coordination so your project stays on the right side of local requirements. You do not have to chase paperwork on your own.
Hands-On Craftsmanship
Owner Josue and the team work on your project directly. The people you meet at the estimate are the people doing the work.
Organized Project Management
Every remodel follows a structured process from planning to final inspection. You always know what phase your project is in and what comes next.
Respect for Your Home
We treat your space like it matters, because it does. That means clean work areas, careful material handling, and leaving your home better than we found it.
